Fearless Restaurants eGift Cards are redeemable only at our Philadelphia area Fearless Restaurants. Not valid for use at our LBI restaurants Daddy O and Tuckers Tavern.

A Fearless Restaurants eGift Card has no expiration date. Except in certain circumstances or as required by law, the value of a Fearless Restaurants eGift Card may not add value back, nor be redeemed for cash or be applied as payment or credit to your credit card account.

eGift Cards cannot be used to pay for a purchase with a Fearless Restaurants special offer/coupon.

All Fearless Restaurants eGift Card electronic deliveries are executed in good faith. We suggest the purchaser notify the recipient of their Fearless Restaurants eGift Card as Fearless Restaurants is unable to guarantee email deliverability within corporate firewalls and email providers/ISPs. Please safeguard your Fearless Restaurants eGift Card information and keep your original email confirmation receipt.

Use of the eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Your Fearless Restaurants eGift Card order confirmation invoice number is required for all inquiries.

Fearless Restaurants eGift Card is not transferable to another individual. Fearless Restaurants has the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Fearless Restaurants eGift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases at Fearless Restaurants. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card or cash will be required to cover the remaining balance of an order.

Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of Fearless Restaurants eGift Cards.

The value of Fearless Restaurants eGift Cards purchases cannot be used to meet promotional thresholds.

IF A Fearless Restaurants EGIFT CARD CODE IS NONFUNCTIONAL, THE SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE TO REPLACE THE Fearless Restaurants EGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY BE INAPPLICABLE AND ADDITIONAL RIGHTS MAY APPLY.
